June’s Sonic Sunday arrives with the generous gift of longer light… days stretching softly into evening, the sun lingering just a little more lovingly upon the earth. Nature reminds us that illumination is not something forced, but something welcomed — slowly, tenderly, through presence and attention.

This month, we gather with the invitation to let more light into our own awareness. To gently illuminate the places within us longing to be nurtured, healed, expanded, or simply seen more clearly. What grows when we bring loving attention to it? What begins to soften, awaken, or bloom?

As summer begins to unfold, may this be a moment to pause… to breathe… and to allow the longer light of the season to illuminate what you most wish to cultivate in your life.
